Caviar tasting
On october 23rd, some of our clients enjoyed a caviar tasting offered by the Piscifactory of Riofrío. An audiovisual presentation was followed by the tasting of the different types of elaboration of the caviar: ecological/natural, traditional and "mature". This included a basic and general explanation of the main characteristics such as sight, aroma and taste.
Afterwards canapés were served, with smoked sturgeon, preserve of sturgeon in olive oil and smoked salmon, all accompanied by the ecological cava Brut Nature of Parés Baltá.
