Kasper Nielsen
Kasper Nielsen has a Nordic Diploma as gastronomic valuator, he has himself won several prizes, among others the best fish courses in the Nordic countries 2005 and 2007, and he has also been the co-author of recipe books.
Between 2003 and 2007 Kasper Nielsen was a member of the All Danish Culinary Team which won Olympic bronze, silver and gold medals in several world cups.

Kasper has been living on the Costa del Sol for several years and is passionate about Spanish cooking. From the stoves of Roca tranquila he will add his personal and innovative touch to traditional dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
