The Innovative Kitchen

The Idea of the kitchen of Roca tranquila was to make it akin to a playground for chefs, where they have time to train and practise and exchange experiences with other chefs.  

It is a place where we are always trying to improve our kitchen, by using new products, new cooking techniques and equipment. Our kitchen is always on the move but we never forget the basic classic kitchen. Each recipe is prepared and presented with great attention to detail. We often invite renowned international quest chefs to join us in our efforts.
