Roque Blanco - Chef

A young professional, native of Málaga, joins the team of Roca tranquila as Chef. He has wide experience from a number of prestigious restaurants where he has experienced all kinds of cooking, ranging from Andalusian and Mediteranean, traditional Spanish, and new tendencies.

He started training with the great chef Pepe Navas in the Hotel Torrequebrada and continued his career working in the teams of famous Masters Simon Padilla in the hotel Puente Romano in Marbella, and Martín Berasategui in the restaurants of the Hotel ABAMA, in Tenerife. Once back in Málaga he managed the kitchen of the Restaurant El Bote in Fuengirola.

Antonio Lima - Maitre d´

He learned at the Hotel School in Benalmadena and after a HCIMA Management course in the University of Brighton, he iniciates his professional career in The Canteen Restaurant in London. Once back in Spain, he works in the Restaurant Santceloni in Madrid and the Calima in Marbella, amongst others.

Gregorio Flores Cantón - Maitre d´

He started his career in Brussels, in the Restaurant "Chez Inés" and after returning to Spain, he specialized in Cocktails. He worked for many years in the "Cortijo Bacardí" in Málaga, organising and celebrating all kinds of events around Spain and Europe
